I was wondering when it comes to doing sets and Reps what percentage of your training routine should you be pushing to failure on your reps?
I was talking to a buddy of mine and he says he trains every single set to failure, but an older guy that I was befriending at the gym said you shouldn’t...
looking to try out tesamorelin for a few months. My dose I think I want to use is 1mg a day for a month then increasing it by 1 mg each month with 3-4mgs capped.
I’m 55 years old and this is my first time using it.
Also can you recommend a good source to get it?
