    BPC into my elbows

    I've got elbow issues. I would categorize it as tennis elbow even though I don't play tennis or golfer's elbow. It definitely hurts me, especially on pulling days. What would be a good dosage of BPC that I should try? Should I go with 250 mcg per day or 500 mcg per day?
