Recently, I broke a few bones in a motorcycle accident. My brakes went out and then I slammed into another car
Luckily for me that person got me to the hospital quick and I ended up having a few clean broken bones. The doctor said it would be at least 12 weeks before I can start training again...
Has anyone noticed that when you weight train a lot and overtrain that when you push down on your bones and your arms you get a layout of pain going down your arm into your elbow??
this is what I’ve been experiencing.
Can you give me some advice when it comes to how to overcompensate for this...
