liver is too elevated
got my liver numbers checked. My AST and ALT are extremely high and I definitely need help. Is there any way you can recommend a supplement for me? I would be willing to use it daily- barwise

AST levels at 100+
bad news. My AST levels are at 100+ so I am a bit upset about that. I’m not gonna panic, but I would like to get something done about it. What are some good supplements that you can recommend to help get my levels back to where it should be? I’m hoping I can get some relief- ehosle
