My schedule has changed where I work 4 days a week for 12 hours a day from 7 to 7 or from 8 to 8. has anyone had this type of schedule before? On my 3 days off 2 of those days i get my kids so i cannot really workout those days. That leaves me really only 1 day to train unless i workout on a day...
