I love to use primo and testosterone together. It's a good recomposition or cutting stack. 500 to 600 mg of primo works really well. You'll get some good results on that.
The rule with protein powder is: if it tastes super sweet, then it's not going to be good for you. You don't want to have protein powder that's full of sugar. It ends up being counterproductive.
That's smart that you're running the winnie at the end. @rakkin it does definitely cause joint issues especially if you are lifting high volume or heavy.
I like BPC and TB500. For BPC you want to inject it at the injury as close as possible. For TB500 you can inject it anywhere. I would go with 0.5 mg to 1 mg every day and be consistent.
