    Proper way to dose RAD if I want a lean bulk

    I'm currently 5'7", 170 lb. I would like to lean bulk, maybe add 5 to 10 lb. How much RAD would you recommend that I use? Should I start at 10 mg a day or should I go to 20 mg? Do you really need to run it for 12 weeks or can I get away with an 8-week cycle?
