My new toy. From Play it again Sports. So its used. I can get some knee lifts in, working on the stright leg lifts but ugh. Also working on hanging. I cant do a pull up yet. Or a dip goibg to work on that also.

Yea. I eat good. Breakfast, lunch dinner, around 2 or 3 snacks. For the most part pretty clean. No fast food, sugars, junk foods. Gained about 10lbs since I started eatring carbs again. My body seems to reject crap food and additives.
