Yesterday I had rice & chicken & green beans for lunch (first meal) …..cashews for a snack (late afternoon)….ate a few dates when I got home but skipped diner because it was late after returning home from practice with the kid

I’ve been doing 30 minutes of fasted cardio on my treadmill in the morning before work. Resistance training in the evening (plus however much cardio I need to get to 10k steps or more for the day.
Also waiting min my stack to arrive.

Training: Gym routine is to warmup with a run (1.5-2 miles), and then depending on the day I’ll do a body group….delts, legs, back, etc.
if I don’t make it to the gym, I use my treadmill and kettlebells or jump rope

Still on the fence between semaglutide and retatrutide. The dosing for retatrutide seems higher so there will be a higher cost to supply so I’m wondering if it’s really that much better than...
Not really….I’m leaning toward getting back on GLP-1 (either semaglutide or retatrutide) for a few months and then doing a SARMs stack after cycling off.
I previously did semaglutide and handled it fine. Read great things about retatrutide.
The sandwich is just toasted white bread and tuna mixed with light Mayo and relish

I tried Semiglutide last year for about 6 months. Lost about 25lbs and then got off. Kept the weight off for about a month and then slowly it returned to my starting weight.
