    Is LGD a good option to use solo to build muscle?

    Looking to build muscle at 22 years old. I'm 150 lb and I'm 6 ft tall. I have a lot of size that I need to put on. My goal is to run LGD at 25 mg a day for 16 weeks. It's going to be a little expensive. I just want to make sure if it's something you guys recommend.
