Need some more body stats to give a more accurate suggestion, Height, Weight, BodyFat (and or photos) Primo is best used sub 15% BF, Best results seem to be around 400-500mg, but ran at like 16weeks, But also need to figure your Test:Primo ratios, As it can lower your E2.
