I can eat rice, chicken breast and red meat like it's nobodies business. I don't think I have what my lady HarleyGirl calls "full sensors" so I just measure, load the plate, and then don't think about it and get it done. I only eat from 10am-7pm (10am/1pm/3pm/7pm) so I'm on roughly a 16/8...
