    You'll get plenty of results on creatine at 2.5 g per day. You don't need to run very much of it. Even 1 g is better than nothing.

    Tren looks really good at 350 mg a week. That is usually the maximum average dose that people are using but make sure you run N2Guard with it. Very important.

    If you want a short cycle then test prop is perfect. Go eight weeks and do it at 50 mg every day or every other day.
