Have any of you used testosterone undecanoate - instead on test cyp? I was thinking that of using that as my base once a week. And they adding the test cyp for anything above 250 mgs a week. If so, did you all just does the test U once a week?

I did if for 3 months 1.5 mgs daily (I know a lil high) after th surgery bpc/tb 5/5. I did systemically tho

yah - I def agree. The patch is supposed to be fully absorbed at 6 months - the risk should go down after that. This isn’t my first shoulder surgery - but it was the least invasive. The last time they had to put in anchors etc bc it was a full tear.

sorry - forgot to add: Male 46 years old. 5'7 - 168 lbs - around 15 percent body fat I had to take over 1.5 years off of working. And was just cleared to use start "light" lifting 4 weeks ago.

I would do EQ before primo for a bulk. However if you are using primo - there is a good chance you wouldnt need the AI at all. If you use eq you might want to a do a low dose primo for its AI capabilities - or you could wait and see and then if you have symptoms add an AI -
