    This is my food today with Greek plain sugar free Yogurt. I will eat this twice. Ground beef, onions, peppers and Garlic. What percentage of Body fat am I? In this pic My love handles are covered. I have some love handles and some leg fat.

    I Have not updated in awhile have been working night shift, sleeping all day and hitting the Gym. I am 240 pounds my body is changing, feel strong and burning fat!!! Thank you guys for all your encouragment!
