every source uses bitcoin these days. It's very important that you figure out what works best for you. I know on some of these exchanges they have certain requirements the first time you use them, where there's a delay.
Being able to hit two plates for eight repetitions is solid. @Rocky611 if you keep on this trajectory you'll be able to do three plates for reps eventually.
Anavar is the GOAT but don't forget it is liver toxic. I'd recommend stacking in some N2Guard with it at 7 capsules a day; that will help with your liver issues.
