BPC is a fantastic option. 500 mcg is perfectly good every other day. If you can afford it I would even hit it every day and then do TB500 on top of it. You'll get excellent results.

the problem with Cash App is that they rip you off on the price so over time it definitely adds up. You definitely want to use a better exchange to make these trades.

@Rocky611 Avocado and vegetables along with your proteins is really solid. Those are good options. You can add some fruit as well. That will help with digestion. Things like pineapple work really well.
