When it comes to GW it's really easy to use. 20 mg a day works perfectly but you want to sustain it and run it for a long period of time, at least 12 weeks.

I would pick two to three compound movements on each workout and rotate them. For example on one day you could do squats and deadlifts and another day you could do bench press, rows, and push-ups.
I went prep chicken, use some smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lime. That works really well together. And then you can definitely have a good option to add it into any salad.
OK so here is the deal with Nutrobal. If you're looking for appetite improvements, take it in the morning but if you're looking for sleep and recovery, I would take it in the evening before bed.
