    I think if I focus on strength i could definitely hit 3 plates for sure but right now I am more in to growing the muscle and having more intense work out I just test my straight to see if my work outs are working … I try not to focus on how much weight I am pushing and focus more on the quality...

    I was thinking the same I want to add some rice should I cut back on fat ? That will put a extra 400 calories if I don’t replace the fats but tell me what do you think

    This is update on food I jump up my calories to 3000 and responding very well my snack is after work out in the morning … at night I have veggies and avocado and my proteins … that last meal is befor 6pm try to atleast I do use fiber supplement at night I will take pics … I have been just meal...
