I think the best supplement you can take is cardazol. Two capsules in the morning and two capsules around noon time. That's perfect. You'll have sustained energy throughout.
Get on Hcgenerate. I recommend five capsules a day. You wanna take two to three capsules in the morning and two to three capsules in the evening. It works really well.
You'll get good results on 2 to 3 IU's of HGH. I don't think you need any more for what you're looking for. If you wanted to increase it, you can. Just increase it gradually.
I like this set up to be honest. Do you not eat vegetables though? That's the only thing that I am concerned about. @6Pack because vegetables have good nutrition that isn't found in other foods
