It's always impressive to see your updates. Your abs are really starting to pop. I'm counting at least the four-pack maybe in a few months. You'll be able to have an eight-pack.
@Noah Wixx this is going to be a juicy setup. The only dilemma is you're running so much stuff that you may not know what is really helping you and what is really hurting you. That would be the only downside.
I would look at bone broth. You can make it at home. Don't get the supplements; those are fake. But you can make bone broth and that's the best fats you can have.
Try this cycle at 8 weeks and do 15mg of each. Then at 8 weeks you can increase the dosage to 20-25mg a day of each. Then you can push it another 4-8 weeks and see how you do.
Take cardazol before your workouts. You'll definitely notice the difference. You can take two caps or three caps. I like to take even one cap sometimes.
Gotta love these types of training. I like hitting the glutes and shoulders. It's a great workout you put together. Home training can definitely come in handy.
