Really good job on this man. @Noah Wixx The log food looks absolutely fantastic. Broccoli, rice, and beef are really simple to make and they can last for easy four or five days if stored properly.
You always want to make sure you get high-quality gear. If they're selling you fake testosterone, then imagine the rest of their gear is horrible since testosterone should be the one obvious one they should do good.
The grind definitely looks fantastic. I like the dips, and I like the free motion pec fly that you're doing. This is a great workout overall. @Bigcheese2000
