Make sure you shave off that beard. I've seen guys get those beards stuck at the gym and it can lead to some serious injuries. Should be maximum four or five inches off your face. @dogtrainer85
Here is how I would play this:
- Testosterone 500 mg a week
- Becca 400 mg a week
- Proviron 50 mg a day
Do this for 12 to 14 weeks. Make sure you run n2guard as well.
