    it is a chore to eat all this any but it makes it very easy I figured out using Greek yogurt like you would sour cream adds more protein and makes it easier to eat not so dry

    Or are you saying I should still have more protein and carbs what would be a good number to shoot for … it is hard to finish these bowls as is I guess I could try and have some kind of break fast that is a real meal but I don’t know if I can eat another dam chicken lol it is so hard right now …...

    My screen shot didn’t show my chicken and quinoa so I am eating about 500g of chicken a day the picture is of just one bowl and I have 2 of them eat through out the day I could take out some protein and rice my protein is above 300

    Today’s work out it don’t show my rest but my rest is 30 sec with 15 reps and my hamstring curls are single leg that’s why the eight is so light and well it’s 30 sec rest been training like this for maybe 7-8 weeks maybe more and my body weight lunges I had a 35 pound weight it didn’t give me...

    The calories are slightly off one bowl has a different stir fry but every thing else the same … it is very hard to finish these bowls through out the day

    So this has been my basic meals I eat 2 of these bowl though out the day make sure I am done befor 6pm so I can sleep comfortable by 830 I eat a light breakfast because i work out in mornings so it’s easier on stomach my dinner is same thing as lunch so didn’t want to repeat that
