    I am and let me tell you it is rougher then I thought I am good as long as I space out my meals

    So today I am going to have basic same meals as last time but I am going to add 2 tuna pouch and that will add the extra 32 grams of protein for the total of 280 grams of protein for the day

    So I didn’t make the rice yet so since I made all that egg and turkey meat I ate one burrito but only have and added chicken with each one so this is my number with out egg and turkey burrito so take my pics and add 733 calories with 63 g of protein to my total so total calories 2300-2400 and...

    I only use like frozen vegetables like broccoli and frozen fruits like mix fruit and blue berries.. I will do frozen sweet potatoes and the a “root” mix but that it I don’t use any other frozen foods
