    Here is my macros the morning was my normal shake so I didn’t post all in it because we have seen it a lot but I did some meal preps of chicken eggs and rice and broccoli and then thin round tip steak with egg brown rice and broccoli

    I am going to try that I just did some meal preps with chicken I just soaked it in jalapeño juice and some no sodium seasoning see how it turns out

    I see that it seems almost the opposite instead of me telling people how they should eat healthy they tell me how I should eat food that “taste good” and they feel bad for me lol

    Exactly what I was thinking and I was grateful he brought all the stuff with out me asking but the whole time I was thinking I wonder how much stuff he put on this … I might try the marinading in the yellow pepper juice for chicken and steaks … I don’t think that would hurt it much what do you...

    That’s why It’s hard to eat when other people cook they add all this stuff that add tons of calories I am good with plain or a little seasoning .. I have to say the steak he cooked was marinade in yellow pepper juice over night that was very good and I don’t think it should have add any calories .
