    This weeks meal prep is going down adding extra chicken and eggs to make sure I get all the protein lol trying to get the 300g I added more veggies to everything I will calculate macros later after I cook all this and weigh it haven’t cooked eggs yet that is next

    Got my labs back so this test is I was back to a low dose of test from the 400mg a week to only 100mg a week for the past 3 weeks I was trying to get my test levels a little lower so the trt dr don’t say anything and try to lower my dose but we will see what he says all my markers have improved...
