Equipoise I like around 300-400 mg a week. That will stack well and you can add some winstrol to it and even some testosterone if your coach allows it. That would be a good option.
They always say that when it comes to creatine to never exceed 5 g. The reason for that is you can experience a lot of bloating. Nobody has really proved that running more leads to better results.
i recommend going with tren at 300mgs. i used to use 350 and i dropped the dose lower and it works good
