That's a great little rundown for sure. I guess my advice with growth hormone is you don't have to run it consistently day by day since it is a peptide. It's not like using steroids. @balancenomad

@BigRed This is a heck of a leg training day right here. Squats and deadlifts are definitely what separates the pretenders from the winners. I love the extra work you do.
