    Zero issues with this movement. Literally my strongest lift pound for pound, never any shoulder issues. Point taken though I do warm up from 95 onwards.

    Foods relatively the same my man. Everything’s within a few 100 cals daily without tracking every morsel. Body feels good and performance trending in the right direction.
