I’m looking for advice on setting up a good recomp cycle with winstrol and test E. looking to put on muscle and lose fat. I’m 40 years old. 16% body fat and 170lbs and 5’5’’.
one of the options I have is like this:
winstrol 50mgs a day
test E 300mgs a week
would this work?
