    Carbs have increased from 190 to 240 on NTD and from 405-450 on TD, fats also increased on NTD from 105-115. Removed the 700 carb saturation day and free meals. Whey Casein Egg whites Eggs Chicken Shrimp London broil or sirlion 93/7 lean ground beef

    I’m already dieting for my show so I highly doubt it. All we did was add gear back in 2 weeks ago and I’m up 14lbs.
