Like we have talked about before bro I can only do so much cardio with the time frame that I have at the gym but I did 5 miles at work. And I can try to eat them again but I don’t like the texture.

Honestly it’s not for me. My wife has been taking semaglutide for a couple of months but it’s not working so we are trying to figure something else out
