supersets are a great way to really exhaust the body. i like your training on upper body too, nice job including the sled push to build core leg strength!

@gil3286 hanging leg raise and copenhagen planks are great core training
you also doing some stomach vauumings too? i would do those directly after to really tighten things up
@Matt_0689 it isn't illegal to buy these products online. I would not buy them off of Amazon. they are usually very cheap. You want to make sure you get high quality needles and syringes and pay the extra few cents. It's well worth it.
