@Hearin you won't go wrong on this. this type of training is good. just go easy on those shoulders on those pulldowns seen a lot of people tear up shoulders
@Matt_0689 awesome job man. no need to take a pic of EVERY meal as you say. but if you can throw in some recipes here and there the ABX family would appreciate that
I don't see a problem going to the gym every day. but just don't lift super heavy everyday. you can do other things at the gym. a great gym is tough to find and once you find one that becomes your new home and space to unwind and relax.
