Not sure bro last couple days I’ve just switching between high protein and low protein depending on what I have lying around the house. With this grocery haul I’m estimating fats to be around 70ishg per day with protein going to 200+ and carbs staying around 30-40

Quick note I’m not using Cronometer to track my cal anymore. Although macros are right the calorie number it gave me was higher by 1-200cal manually entering what I ate into my log. I’ll post pics tmrw if foods
