Seafood is definitely something I enjoy, now that summer is here I’m able to get better quality seafood from the farmer market. so I’m deciding to switch to that for the time being

Pretty good to be honest. Only draw back is I have to time my meals to all post cardio. I get insanely light headed and hungry even while sipping on electrolytes

I mean I feel fine despite the aggressiveness off the calories. I actually feel like I need it since post cardio sessions I feel extremely light headed. The salmon allows me to pack on tons of salt without water diluting it. I found out that 2 meals a day work best for me
Nah bro all the stores around me only carry farm raised salmon. Weirdly enough I get easy access to wild caught sword fish tuna etc. is there any other good sources of omega 3s I can get besides salmon?
