Bro rn I feel better if I’m being honest. High fat didn’t make me feel as good as getting almost all fats from omega 3s along with trace amounts from meat. But I can up it to 30-40g per day by adding some avocado or nuts
I feel about the same with this volume. Yea yesterday was lower fats without realizing. I’ve just started eating later in the day so that’s why cals are low
