No falling of here sorry for lack of being online. I’ve been busy but some updates of what I’ve been doing are, calisthenics+ normal workouts. I’m still doing 60-75 min lev 12-13 stair master. Diet this week has been 3 pounds of flounder and 1 tbsp butter. Macros are like 200p 15f.
