Yea I guess so, I think my stair master cardio addition also might be playing a role in it. I basically drench a shirt completely in sweat whenever I do it. It’s not even physically exerting I just sweat. And I do that 2x a day
Yea bro. It told it that when I do keto my bp is low. And about my night sweats and diet and extreme stair master sweating. Then it told me the water to sodium ratio was off. 750mg per liter when to keep me in balance it’s supposed to be at least 1.1g per Liter

I finally fucking figured out what has been causing me to feel like I’m passing out after cardio. I’m not getting enough salt. When I slammed 14g of sodium today it made me no longer nauseous. Water was diluting salt basically
