Sucks having to be out of the gym and losing those hard earned gains but best to play it safe. Come back very slow and listen to the doctors on time away from training. Come back light and slow. Shoulders are so easy to injure.
Really looking forward to this log man. Did you get bloods to see if everything is good to go? 8 weeks isn't that much time off since last cycle so better to be safe.
I recommend getting blood work as well. You might have low test and don't even know it. Obviously diet and exercise are key to feeling well and energized. Also being hydrated.
Terrible idea. So you blast and cruise for a year and then what? Hope that you recover, only to return to the yo-yo again? Best to run a proper PCT and learn how to keep maximum gains through diet and training.
Congrats to your buddy. Glad you were able to still get in your normal food and train. You are definitely going to get a good sleep once you are able to!
