I would just run it and see how you like it. Sometimes you just have to try something for yourself. If it was me, I would pick either EQ or primo, not both.
Meals looking good but that is a lot of protein supplements between the 4 shakes, muffin, and cookie. See if you can swap some of those out for more real food.
Unless you are talking 1 session weight training and 1 session cardio, 2 sessions is going to be overtraining for sure. 5 days per week is more than enough, on or off cycle.
