This week I felt liek making some adjustments to my gear and macros. My training is going well and my body is feeling great, I haven’t really made any changes to dosing since everything is going great.

You eat so many different foods. I'm assuming that you buy your vegetables Frozen. And mixed.
Because that's a lot of different variation.
