    Honestly, I don’t think there is anything better to shrink your stomach, fix digestion, bloating and distention other than fasting. I’ll post pictures over the next few days.

    Blood sugars come back down under 90 in less than 2hrs post meal, fasted blood sugars are between 68-76 daily highest I’ve seen is 82, a1c is 4.8. I think I’m doing alright for how much gh im on and how much food im eating.
