Carbs have increased from 190 to 240 on NTD and from 405-450 on TD, fats also increased on NTD from 105-115. Removed the 700 carb saturation day and free meals.

I don’t like salmon, fish or 99/1 ground turkey so we stick to chicken, shrimp, steak, ground beef, eggs, egg whites, whey and casein for protein sources.
I don’t need a ton of gear to hold onto size in a deficit. I typically use bigger doses in the offseason. I will be using a bottle of gh a day as well.
