It may be but I have 3 guys running it right now that are avid users and they love it. I haven’t tested it personally but they have good reviews and my clients like them. I only bought them bc it was a good deal and I knew I could flip them and cover my cost.

I don’t go crazy heavy anymore I concentrate on slow negatives with a deep stretch at the bottom with a pause then explode up. Typically only go up to 6-7 pps
Post quad focused leg day.
Plate loaded lying leg curl - 6 sets with a dropset
Plate loaded leg extension - 4 sets with a dropset
Hack squat - 2 sets
Leg press - 2 sets
Body weight squats - 1 set to failure
I don’t really change my training much I just try to get stronger and have better form on all movements across the week. What session would you like to see?
