I still have the app. I just have my days set and I can’t change them so if it’s leg day and day, I can’t change it to bicep and tricep day so it’s already set so I can’t change it. I can change each different exercise, but I can’t change What muscle group.
50 minutes of cardio
Did leg day I just don’t have the app I can use right now for that because I cannot customize and change. It’s already set so I just went and did my normal routine.

Pre workout-50 g Protein shake with honey
Post workout- 42g protein shake with honey
Lunch- salad
Dinner- baked chicken, green beans and sweet potatoes
Snack- omega-3 mix, protein cookie
Fruit- mango, pineapple, and strawberry smoothie
Doing the honey around 12 when I’m at work would be hard to do and if I have time to get more cardio in I will but there are days where I can only get my cardio in at work because I don’t have the time before work
Yes but honestly when I’m at work I lose energy around 12. My wrist has been hurting me for the last couple of days so I put some icy out on it and wrapped it up.
