No fasted cardio this morning — I had a blood test appointment at 8 a.m. to check everything before starting my second cycle.

yes, sorry! I probably translated an expression from my native language. I meant “for me” or “in my case.” Since my garage isn’t insulated, winter is actually the harder season — it can get down to -10°C where I live. A couple of months ago it was around 1–2°C in the garage during my workouts!
