titans.to bogus spam after using them

I used titans.to and should never have. At the very least I should have never used my real email because I've been getting bombarded by spam messages. The problem is I connect my email to my work so now people are getting messages that are getting forwarded to them from all the viruses that they sent me. Do not trust these guys. They are a horrible source.
