how would you do RAD+ s4 for bulking?

I’m looking for your advice when it comes to using Rad140 and S4. My main goal is to bulk up. Do you think 20 mg a day would be good? And you think that 50 mg of S4 would be good? And do you think that 10 weeks is enough or do I need to run them longer? I’m currently 165 lbs and I’m looking to grab some lean muscle mass, but I would like to ultimately put on 5 to 10 solid pounds.

I will do 20 mg of each for 12 weeks. And I would make sure that I'm eating a ton of protein and carbs that will help you get the most out of your sarms cycle. You will do good on that.

rad at 20mgs a day is good. i would do s4 at 50mgs though. In the old days we would even go 75 mg a day.

sarms are the GOAT for lean bulking. but i would do it a bit different. swap out s4 for something like ostarine instead IMO

The thing I don't like about S4 is the vision side effects. It will give you like a weird yellow tint. I just don't like anything messed around with my eyesight. It's just not worth it for me.

Bros. This is a good stack but I would do Rad and LGD instead. You can go 15 mg of each and you can go 16 weeks. Make sure you increase your calories as well.
